Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us at Barragini.llc@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

For digital products, if you experience a technical issue such as a corrupted file, missing files, or an inability to access your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Exceptions

Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not provided for:

• Accidental purchases

• Duplicate purchases

• Change of mind

• Products that do not meet personal preferences

• Failure to use or download a product

• Purchases made with the expectation of different content than what was described on the product page

In cases involving a defective, damaged, incorrect, or inaccessible product, Barragini LLC may, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution.
